FAQs

What surfaces can you sandblast?

We work with a wide range of surfaces including brick, stone, timber, steel and other metals. We can advise on the most suitable blasting method for your project.

Do you offer mobile sandblasting?

Yes. Our mobile service allows us to carry out sandblasting at homes, commercial premises, construction sites and other suitable locations.

Can sandblasting remove paint from brick?

Yes. Sandblasting can remove old paint and coatings from brickwork, helping restore the original appearance of the brick beneath or prepare the surface for re-decoration, waterproofing etc.

Can you sandblast wood?

Yes. Blasting can remove old paint, varnish, stains and weathered finishes from timber while revealing the natural grain of the wood.

Do you remove rust from metal?

Yes. We remove rust, paint and old coatings from steel and other suitable metal surfaces, leaving them clean and ready for painting, coating or further treatment.

Do you work with construction companies and trades?

Yes. We provide subcontract sandblasting services for builders, contractors, restoration specialists and other trade professionals.

Do you handle both domestic and commercial projects?

Yes. We work on projects of different sizes, from residential brickwork and timber restoration to commercial and industrial surface preparation.

Will sandblasting damage the surface?

The blasting method, pressure and media are selected according to the material being treated. This allows us to clean or strip the surface effectively while minimising unnecessary damage. Although a test sample of surface is always advised to avoid damage as some substrates are too soft and cannot withstand any treatment

Do I need to prepare the area beforehand?

Preparation requirements depend on the project. We’ll discuss access, surrounding areas and any protection required before work begins.

How much does sandblasting cost?

Pricing depends on the surface, condition, size of the area, access and the type of finish required. Contact us with details or photos of your project for a free quote.

How do I get a quote?

Simply get in touch and tell us about your project. Photos, measurements and details of the existing surface can help us provide an accurate quotation.
